Matt proposed to Ally at his family’s holiday home on the Yorke Peninsula, at the end of a path of rose petals and surrounded by wooden easels full of heartfelt messages at sunset.
The couple’s song – Savage Garden’s Truly Madly Deeply – played as Matt got down on one knee. The song from their first date also played in a special string quartet rendition as Ally walked down the aisle at Mount Lofty House. “There was no better way to celebrate our love than with a wedding day that felt like it was the true embodiment of love itself,” Ally says. “Every part of our day was exactly what euphoria looks and feels like to us.”
