Philippa and Jacob met in high school but reconnected years later when Philippa returned home from New York City after a decade working as a performer.
Jacob runs his third-generation family business, specialising in transportation and truck restoration. For the wedding, Jacob restored his late father’s vintage truck and used it to transport his mother to the ceremony. One of the highlights of the day was a surprise flash mob, organised in secret by the bridesmaids. “Walking down the aisle, everywhere I looked was a face from a different part of my life from across the world looking back at me with joy and love,” Philippa says.
