Hannah Nielsen + Anastasia Heneberry
South Australian Hannah met fellow lacrosse coach Anastasia while they were both working in the United States eight years ago. In December 2023, they were engaged at West Beach, marrying one year later.
The couple married in La Jolla, just outside of San Diego, before heading to Australia for a celebration at Adelaide’s West Beach a mere three days later. “The day was magical,” the couple, who are both lacrosse coaches at the University of Michigan, says. “When planning a wedding in San Diego while living in Michigan, we wondered if it would turn out the way we envisioned. It far surpassed our idea for the day. Every vendor did an incredible job and we had so much fun celebrating with our friends and family.”
