Aaron and Pierre met when Pierre was working in retail at Ralph Lauren in Adelaide as a student and eight years after making it official, they were engaged on a weekend away at Inman Valley.
After an initial Adelaide ceremony, they held a wedding celebration in an Italian villa in Orvieto, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. “Marrying Pierre in this way allowed me to fully embrace every moment and truly grasp the significance of committing my life to him,” Aaron says. “It left me with unwavering confidence that this was a forever decision – one I would never question or trade for anything.” Pierre says they adopted the essence of “la dolce vita” – the sweet life – as soon as they checked into the villa. “It was a week of shared beautiful meals, swims in the pool and bike rides around the olive groves,” Pierre says.
