Rosanna Mangiarelli on health and fitness

Feb 12, 2026, updated Feb 13, 2026

Channel Seven news presenter Rosanna Mangiarelli says it was her milestone 50th birthday that triggered a rethink of how she approached her physical and mental health.

In an exclusive interview with SALIFE, featured in our February issue, Rosanna opens up about her health reset, which was also brought on by perimenopausal symptoms of foggy brain, hot flushes and “getting a bit rounder around the belly”.

“That’s how it all came about really,” she says. “I’ve just been obsessed with routines that beat perimenopause …”

Ageing well has also been a major motivating factor for Rosanna, whose daily health routine now includes walking, weights and smarter dietary choices.

“Consistency is the key,” she says.

The in-depth profile story also includes candid insights, as Rosanna opens up about her career, the broader media landscape and the notions of ageism when it comes to women on our nightly news bulletins.

The seven-page feature story also takes readers inside Rosanna’s spectacular family home, including photos with husband Andrew and children Emma, Olivia and Will.
