Describe the best day of your life.

AMELIA The day I married my husband and the day my twins Charlie and Ava were born, as it completed our little family unit.

TRENT I can’t go past the day I married my wife and the births of my two kids, but trailing just behind would have to be the first 100 I made in a cricket match.

What brings you joy in life?

AMELIA Spending time with my friends and family in the outdoors brings me the most joy. Whether that be water skiing, snow skiing, hiking or paddleboarding at the beach – any activity that’s outside in the fresh air and sunshine with those I love. Then a sneaky afternoon vino really tops the day off!

TRENT There are a couple trains of thought here for me, spending precious time with my family, either cooking, outside activities or chilling and watching a movie. The other side would have to be with friends playing sport, cricket, golf or anything that gets the competitive side going.

What is the best photograph you have?

AMELIA My husband Huw and twins on our first family holiday to Queensland after Covid. We just love watching our children explore new places and see new things.

TRENT One I have from my wedding day. It was an incredible day with so much fun and joy. A day I will never forget.

What is the hardest lesson you’ve had to learn?

AMELIA We can’t control everything in life, but we can control how we handle our life. We have power over our emotions and our reactions.

TRENT You never know what someone else is going through. So don’t jump to conclusions.

What’s the best advice you’ve been given?

AMELIA Focus on progress over perfection. You’ll always be moving forward that way. Trying to get that last five per cent right, you’ll end up stuck where you are and the benefit is

never worth being held up for.

TRENT Business is all about relationships.

Describe the best meal you’ve ever eaten.

AMELIA My husband’s prawn pizzas with rocket. He has perfected the 48-hour

fermented pizza dough and cooks it to perfection in our woodfire pizza oven. Paired with a glass of riesling and it’s a total treat!

TRENT My wife and I once had this amazing food experience in France. It consisted of eight superb courses at a three Michelin-star restaurant. It was out of this world. A close second would have to be a banana and Nutella crepe from a street van in Japan.

My life philosophy is…

TRENT I don’t think you can ever take yourself or life too seriously so either: “She’ll be right” or “It is what it is”.
