Describe the best moment of your life.
Doing the lighting design for The Avalanches: Since I Left You, Live concert at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre for Illuminate Adelaide in 2022. I have loved that album since I was a teenager.
What brings you joy in life?
I love making art with light and being in nature! Night Visions is going to be a great immersive experience using light and technology while walking through the amazing Adelaide Botanic Garden. A combination of two of my favourite things!
What is the best photograph you have?
I have a lot of photos that I love. This photo is one of my favourites that I have printed at home. The photo is from a show that I designed the lighting for called Of All Things with Alison Currie for Australian Dance Theatre. The photo is taken by Sam Roberts.
What is the hardest lesson you’ve had to learn?
Learning to become a father! I am still learning.
What’s the best advice you’ve been given?
My Yiayia told me to be positive when I was very young. I have carried that throughout my life.
