The two teams will clash at 3.30am on Saturday morning, when venues would normally be closed.
Short-term liquor licenses have been granted to certain venues, allowing them to extend their hours of operation.
The Adelaide Live Site at the Drive will also be open from 3am, ahead of the kick-off.
“More than 70 venues will be open for the game on Saturday morning, with the Malinauskas Government scrapping application fees and fast-tracking approvals so pubs and clubs can make the most of the World Cup,” Minister for Consumer and Business Affairs Michael Brown said.
