Latteria

Latteria is turning two, and to celebrate, they’re hosting their own birthday bash. They’re starting with an Easter lunch, then rolling straight into a party featuring live DJs, special birthday cocktails, and new Latteria merchandise. Latteria promises a fun time and a party atmosphere. This event is mostly for walk-ins, but bookings are available if you’re concerned about missing out.

Hains & Co

Hains & Co are open all long weekend and have a new themed menu. The staff of the maritime-themed bar have designed a new menu of gin-based cocktails themed around the seven deadly sins. In response to the traditions of restraint or fasting often connected to Easter, Hains & Co decided to lean the other way, offering a different way to indulge.

Barossa Valley Chocolate Company

Designed for kids aged five and up and adults alike, the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company is hosting 60-minute guided Easter workshops. There will be plenty of Easter-themed chocolate treats to decorate, and participants will be able to take these home at the end of their workshop. The experience also includes Easter games and the chance to decorate a box to put your chocolate treats in.

The Colonist Pub

The Colonist is running several events across the Easter weekend, including happy hours from 4pm until 6pm, free oysters and a meat raffle on Thursday, two acoustic music sessions, and a Saturday cocktail deal.

OMADA Greek Easter Lunch

Greek-inspired bar and grill OMADA are hosting a traditional Greek Easter lunch on April 12, with a meal featuring lamb on a spit, octopus, and slices of traditional Greek bread, among other Mediterranean treats. With the atmosphere of a large family dinner, this is one for the Orthodox, or to extend the Easter fun for another week. In the great tradition of Greek restaurants in SA, they’re open all Easter long weekend.

Empire Bar and Pool

If you’re in the mood for a game or two, Empire Bar and Pool are hosting two tournaments over Easter weekend. Both the Good Friday Classic and Easter Monday Knockout are open for anyone to enter. The bar, dubbed one of the best places in the city to play pool, also has plenty of other tables available for hire if a tournament isn’t your style. Whether you want a serious game or just a bit of fun, Empire is open the whole Easter weekend.

Easter at the Zoo

The Adelaide Zoo is running a special event on Easter Sunday with a focus on the Greater Bilby. Sunday’s slate of entertainment will feature an Easter egg trail, talks from bilby keepers, and exclusive bilby chocolates created by Melba. This event is suitable for all ages.

Adelaide Easter Carnival

If you’re looking for a fun family outing, Civic Park is hosting an Easter carnival from April 2 to April 6. With rides, food trucks, face painting, and Easter egg hunts, there are plenty of options for prospective merrymakers.
