The Alliance will host its National Conference, Indigenous Workforce for the Future, on 19 November 2025 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, Tarntanya (Kaurna Country).

A national gathering for leaders across Indigenous employment and training, this inaugural event will share insights, reframe national conversations on employment systems, showcase First Nations-led solutions and build momentum for lasting reform.

If your organisation has a RAP or First Nations employment commitments, you work in policy or program design focused on Indigenous employment and training, or you deliver Indigenous employment or training programs, The Alliance Conference 2025 is designed for you.

You will hear directly from First Nations leaders, government and industry partners, explore policies and practices that shift systems and deliver outcomes, learn how to build culturally safe and supportive workplaces, and connect with peers and partners across the sector.

With speakers including the Hon Amanda Rishworth MP, Shelley Cable, Head of First Nations Strategy at ANZ, Julie-Ann Guivarra, Deputy CEO NIAA, and Sean Armistead, Deputy CEO Indigenous Business Australia, The Alliance Conference 2025 is a future focused gathering to drive meaningful change.

Tickets are on sale now, with the full program including access to the Sundowner Social, full-day conference and dinner celebration.
