Australian developer DOMA has officially made its South Australian debut, investing $100 million in Adelaide’s city accommodation sector with the Little National Hotel on North Terrace.
The 21-storey hotel has 237 rooms and apartments, including its first-ever Little National penthouse, a rooftop lounge and bar, fitness centre and dedicated meeting facilities.
Premier Peter Malinauskas was at the official hotel opening yesterday with DOMA managing director Jure Domazet.

The new development is DOMA’s fourth Little National property and ninth property overall, extending the Canberra-based group’s presence into South Australia.
“Adelaide is a city with a strong cultural identity, a growing visitor economy and an exciting calendar of major events,” Domazet said.

Domazet said Adelaide allowed the brand to expand its accommodation offering at 100 North Terrace that was designed by Bates Smart.
The hotel has 140 Little National Rooms, 26 ‘Big’ rooms, 48 one- to two-bedroom suites and two generous luxury penthouses and striking private bars showcasing premium South Australian wines.
A defining feature is the level 21 rooftop lounge and bar, with panoramic 360-degree views across Adelaide Hills, River Torrens parklands and towards the coastline, designed by interior Architecture studio Luchetti Krelle.
