“From Adelaide to Edinburgh, festival season is all about connecting artists with audiences,” InReview Editor Walter Marsh said.

“This new partnership between InReview and the seasoned festival-heads at The List will help our independent reviews and arts journalism reach even more readers and arts lovers.

“You can find us online, in your inbox, and in the crowd from opening night to the final curtain.”

Both publishers will help festival audiences make informed decisions and create a vital eco system for independent publishers at a time when the future of arts journalism needs decisive and disruptive action.

“This ground-breaking partnership means The List and InReview can support more shows by reaching more people with more reviews over the festival season,” The List Adelaide Festival Guide editor Jo Laidlaw said.

“We’re thrilled to be working with the phenomenal team at InReview who do so much to keep South Australia’s wonderful culture alive year-round.”

InReview

InReview is a unique non-profit arts journalism project designed to nurture professional arts reviewing in Australia, particularly for areas in which the practice is under threat.

The project originated in South Australia and has expanded to Queensland, with a focus on local arts and culture reviewing and journalism.

InReview grew out of a concern about the ongoing decline of local journalism, with specialist areas like arts reviewing under particular pressure.
