Heritage location hits the market

100-year-old heritage building Woodards House in Adelaide’s CBD has hit the market via an expression of interest campaign by Knight Frank.

The five-storey location has dual frontage on Waymouth Street and Bentham Street and holds a range of tenants, including South Australian College of English, BOEM Headshots and Terese Wacyk Legal

Woodards House occupies 3,070 square metres and has significant repositioning, refurbishment and redevelopment potential, brokers say, with the potential of adding further levels.

“Woodards House represents a unique opportunity, combining a prime corner location, irreplaceable heritage character and genuine value-add potential,” Knight Frank agent Max Frohlich said.
