A man has been arrested after an alleged armed robbery at a Torrensville hotel overnight.
Police said a robbery was reported at the Henley Beach Rd hotel at about midnight.
Staff said a man threatened staff with a knife and demanded cash, and was given a small amount before leaving.
Police said patrols and a police dog tracked the alleged offender to the front yard of a house in nearby Henley St and he dropped the knife when confronted by the dog.
The 36-year-old was charged with aggravated robbery and will appear today in the Adelaide Magistrates Court.
