Ifarmwell, Founder
Growing up in remote South Australia, Associate Professor Kate Gunn founded Ifarmwell to help farming families combat mental health challenges. Kate hopes her work will help inspire country kids. “I hope to show young people in rural areas, that if they study and work hard, have good mentors and are prepared to pick themselves up in difficult times, they will surprise themselves with what they can achieve,” she says.

Connect.Ed, Director
Wescombe established Connect.Ed in 2019 to promote a non-traditional approach to behaviour management, and help Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services better understand the impacts trauma can have on children. She wholeheartedly believes all children should be included in education. “Every child deserves the opportunity to reach their potential. No child should ever be excluded from education and care due to a lack of self-regulation skills,” she says.
