Alex Ross was just 23 when she convinced her Mum to open a cocktail bar, Ginger, in 2001.
Together, they went on to revolutionise the way people drank in Australia, by utilising fresh ingredients, serving classic cocktails and elevating standards of service.
Alex sat down with Nicole and Marcus to chat about opening venues, curating customer experiences and what she’s most proud of.
