The countdown continues of state’s top 100 companies, as ranked by InDaily’s South Australian Business Index. Today, we reveal those companies ranked 79 to 60.
The third annual version of the index, which will be revealed in full next week, has some shifts from last year. New entrants in this section of the list include agriculture, wine and resource companies.
The index is compiled by Adelaide financial services firm, Taylor Collison, and is based on revenue and estimated market capitalisation (some private companies have requested this data not be made public).
Companies are considered eligible for the list if they have a South Australian head office, with an Adelaide share registry, or are SA operated, founded and majority-owned by South Australians. Qualifying companies can’t be government-run, agencies of government or a registered charity.
The full list will be announced at the South Australian Business Index luncheon on Thursday September 28 at Adelaide Oval.
Limited tickets are available. To book, click on the banner at the bottom of this page or go here.
