Twenty Adelaide properties were sold at auction on Saturday, according to data prepared for Domain by APM Property Data.
The 71 per cent clearance rate resulted in total sales of more than $8.7 million for a median sale price of $560,000.
The top price achieved was $910,000 for a four bedroom house at Henley Beach South.
