CACSA Contemporary 2015 is a curated multi-sited major presentation of South Australia’s leading contemporary artists; chosen to inspire audiences with their diverse and innovated practice with this presentation of recent works.
CACSA celebrates and encourages South Australia’s audience participation in, and appreciation of, the contemporary cultural innovations and achievements of its own artists. This ambitious and far-reaching exhibition will show how artists have profoundly contributed to the creation and ongoing shaping of the cultural landscape of this state and the nation.
Project curator, Logan Macdonald selected the artworks created by the 44 artists. Artworks will be visible throughout ten venues in the Adelaide CBD including the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery.
Artists presenting works at the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery include Craige Andre, Annette Bezor, Ed Douglas, Ariel Hassan, Heidi Kenyon, Bradley Lay, Nasim Nasr, Christopher Orchard and Warren Vance.
