The ever-changing nature of the Newcastle Jets line-up has taken another turn with the A-League club and Argentine attacker Jeronimo Neumann parting ways.

Jeronimo became the latest player to be let go by the embattled club as part of the blood-letting exercise being undertaken by club boss Nathan Tinkler.

Jeronimo’s departure comes by mutual termination of his contract, a situation not too dissimilar from that of Argentine midfielder Marcos Flores, who asked for and got his release in January.

Jeronimo is just the latest in a string of sackings and signings at the Hunter club.

Last week the club showed other senior players Joel Griffiths, Kew Jaliens, David Carney, Adrian Madaschi and Billy Celeski the door, though they are fighting their terminations.

Jeronimo who joined the club at the start of the season from Adelaide United, where he was a prolific scorer, played 13 games for the Jets and scored three goals.

The Jets have also recently added four players to their roster, signing striker Travis Cooper, defenders Daniel Mullen and Lee Ki-je and goalkeeping coach/back-up keeper Jess Vanstrattan.
