Another date for the diary! The Hutt St Day Centre’s Big Picnic @ TouchWine in the South Parklands is a great family day out and this year’s event on Sunday, November 9, marks its ninth year.
BankSA is a proud sponsor of the Big Picnic and this year features fabulous food from the Fork On the Road fleet of food vans, SA wines, Coopers beer, live music, a touch footy tournament, picnic games and plenty more fun.
In addition to enjoying a wonderful and relaxing day out, when you support the Big Picnic, you’re also helping the great work being done by the Hutt St Day Centre who assist some of Adelaide’s most vulnerable and often ‘hidden’ people facing homelessness.
The Big Picnic’s lunch starts at 12.30pm and will be catered by chefs Stephanie Heaven and Louise Naughton. Tickets are $110 per person for a three course set menu of gourmet Tapas style fare made from fresh, seasonal, quality produce, including an all-day drinks package of great South Australian wines, Hills Cider and Coopers beer.
