Briony catches up with father and son team D’Arry and Chester Osborn and learns that while making wine has been a serious business for them these past 100 years, it has also been a heck of a lot of fun.
The perfect meal for entertaining? Paella! Chef Rosa Matto cooks up a Spanish Paella using fresh South Australian seafood and artisan chorizo from the Adelaide Hills.
