Over the last three and a half years the grounds have been transformed into a wonderful showpiece garden thanks to a team of hardworking volunteers. Visitors are welcome to wander and enjoy the result of their efforts.
Briony Hume finds a tale from the vale ten decades in the making at D’Arenberg Wines, a wonderful South Australian success story. Briony catches up with father and son team D’Arry and Chester Osborn and learns that while making wine has been a serious business for them these past 100 years, it has also been a heck of a lot of fun.
The perfect meal for entertaining? Paella! Chef Rosa Matto cooks up a Spanish Paella using fresh South Australian seafood and artisan chorizo from the Adelaide Hills.
