Boak tops the Port list

Travis Boak, second in Port Adelaide’s best and fairest, polled most Brownlow votes for the Power.

Boak polled 13 votes in six matches, including two best on grounds, to finish in equal 21st – 15 votes behind 2013 Brownlow Medallist Gary Ablett.

Brad Ebert was next best with 11 votes followed by John Cahill medallist Chad Wingard on 8.

Port Adelaide players polled a total of 66 votes votes in 2013, well up from the 40 votes received in 2012 in another sign of Port’s improved year.
