GEOFF SAUER: Sam Ielasi’s letter about the cost and the costs of public transport contains too much common sense and logic for such proposals to be adopted by politicians.
Similarly, why do politicians allow sprawling urban development without considering the transport implications – look at the south beyond Port Noarlunga. When Mt Barker goes ahead consider the impact on the South Eastern Freeway especially all the B Doubles mixed with suburban traffic with a much-reduced speed limit!
