His new cooking school without walls is based on the principles that you can cook great food without the plethora of cooking gadgets available and without food costing a fortune. With classes in a range of unusual settings including rural barns, commercial kitchens, wineries and old homesteads, Mark’s interactive classes teaches students about using traditional techniques and age old skills that places flavour first every time. From gluten free cooking to cooking with pastry and pressure cookers, Mark’s range of classes will appeal to people who want to make quality dishes without the fuss. Based in the Barossa, Food Luddite has access to the freshest ingredients grown from the same dirt that produces so many award-winning Barossa wines.
