Never Never Distilling Co. has launched a series of exciting new experiences.

Spring has arrived – and Never Never Distilling Co. is welcoming it with sunshine, flavour and a splash of fun.

The McLaren Vale distiller’s Step into Spring campaign isn’t just about gin. It’s about shaking off the chill of winter, chasing longer days and raising a glass to the bold, vibrant flavours that Never Never does best.

Think bright cocktails on the lawn, shared lunches with friends and new ways to explore one of South Australia’s favourite distilleries.

This season, Never Never has added three fresh experiences to its line-up, joining the much-loved Premium Gin Masterclass. Together, they create the ultimate spring adventure – whether you’re a seasoned gin lover or just dipping your toes in for the first time.

“The new experiences offer something different for everyone – whether it’s your first visit or you’re coming back for more,” Never Never venue general manager Kate Rowlands says.

“They’re also perfect for bigger groups who want to really get hands-on with that Never Never vibe.”

First on the list is the Premium Gin Masterclass + Italian Street Food Feast. Guests start with a behind-the-scenes tasting led by a gin expert, discovering the stories and craft behind Never Never’s award-winning spirits.

“The Premium Gin Masterclass + Italian Street Food Feast is for people looking to spend a couple of hours with us – explore who we are, what we do, do an expanded tasting and try products they can’t try anywhere else,” Kate says.

Once the tasting wraps, the real feast, prepared by authentic Italian kitchen Cucina di Strada, begins.

“There’ll be beautiful, fresh South Australian Pacific oysters freshly shucked, and guests can enjoy a Never Never ‘Shellie’ – our frozen Oyster Shell Gin served straight from a fresh oyster shell,” Kate says.

Shared pinsa from Cucina di Strada.

“It’s an intimate, long-lunch experience. Guests get a beautiful goodie bag at the end as well.”

For those short on time, the Guided Gin Tasting is a punchy, hour-long deep dive into the flavours that make Never Never so unique. Guests sample a curated line-up of gins, each paired with premium mixers, garnishes and a light snack – the perfect pick-me-up between exploring the region’s wineries and beaches.

If a relaxed lunch is more your pace, the Guided Gin Tasting + Casual Pinsa Lunch is a perfect fit. After the tasting, guests sit down to artisan Roman-style flatbreads – pinsa – topped with seasonal flavours. Shared around the table, it’s a simple, social way to enjoy fresh food and gin in good company.

Never Never’s Juniper Domes.

But perhaps the most playful addition to the Step into Spring campaign is the arrival of the Juniper Domes. Available from mid-September to mid-November, these clear pop-up igloos dot the lawn, seating up to eight people and offering sweeping views of McLaren Vale while keeping out the crisp spring breeze.

Each dome comes with a special touch – a little ring-for-gin bell, so guests can summon cocktails at the push of a button.

“We wanted to have some fun with the Step into Spring campaign, so we thought – what’s more fun than Juniper Domes?” says Kate.

With longer days and warmer weather rolling in, Never Never is inviting South Australians to rediscover McLaren Vale this season. Sunshine, gin and good company – it’s the perfect excuse to gather your crew and celebrate spring, Never Never style.
