Tanzbar Baby Shower

This techno fundraiser at Hindley Street venue Ancient World is not your average baby shower.

A lineup of local and interstate DJs will play the techno night with all proceeds going to Variety SA to support South Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or living with disability.

Accent of Sound will headline the gig, the techno alter ego of James Corbett, one of Australia’s renowned psy trance DJs. Upcoming local DJs Julia and MishMatic will support, along with Perth’s Afyre.

Tanzbar is an underground event organiser that popped up in Adelaide in October 2023. Its mission is to bring the pulsating energy of Berlin’s nightlife to Adelaide. The name itself is German, with “Tanz” meaning dance and “bar” meaning able. Tanzbar = Danceable.

Tickets are available at the door for $10 – $20, depending on how much you’d like to donate. All proceeds go to Variety SA.
