NeverEnding Experiences is a roving long-table restaurant that travels around the country providing unique dining experiences. Their latest offering, Spheres Restaurant, will host seven chefs across five experiences at the Gawler Place Canopy from November 15–17.

Experiences on offer include:

  • A culinary journey to Japan and Spain with Shobosho’s Adam Liston
  • A 5-course pasta experience with chefs Andreas Papadakis and Anchovy Bandit’s Shane Wilson
  • A high tea with Greek sweet master Zak Antoniou and Melbourne’s dessert queen Jess Lemon
  • A journey into the artistry of Sushi and Sake with Kana Aoyama and Melbourne’s Motomu Kumano

As well as the ticketed events, Shane Wilson will offer a specially curated a la carte lunch menu from 12pm ’til 2pm over the three days showcasing the best of Bottega Bandito, Anchovy Bandit and Bandit Pizza and Wine. A public bar will keep guests refreshed from 12pm ’til 9pm serving spirits, cocktails, beers and soft drinks.

Adelaide founder of NeverEnding, Emily Atieno has assembled a team of food and travel enthusiasts who share her vision for curating unforgettable dining experiences.

“Think one-of-a-kind immersive dining experiences for 50 – 70 people, with meals prepared by some of Australia’s top chefs in dream-worthy locations across Australia.”
