Sea to Shore, Glenelg Seafood Festival returns to the Glenelg Foreshore on May 15-16. The festival highlights South Australian produce, bringing together local chefs and producers to showcase regional seafood across a two-day program.
Ambassadors Callum Hann and Themis Chryssidis are set to lead live cooking demonstrations over the weekend. Hann says the state produces some of the best seafood in the world.
“If you’re going to promote seafood, what better place than Glenelg? It’s such an iconic spot,” he says.
The 2026 program is curated by South Australian chef Jamie Steele and Amanda Prance of Fair Seafood. The pair are also hosting masterclasses as part of the Tasting Australia program, focusing on the “ocean-to-plate” philosophy.
The event allows visitors to sample dishes from various South Australian regions while learning about the industry from experts. It is a chance to explore regional culinary offerings within the beachside setting of Glenelg.
