Across three sessions at Never Never’s Distillery Door, OysterPalooza celebrates the height of oyster season with natural South Australian Pacific oysters, Oyster Shell Gin serves, live oyster shucking and plenty of Shellies, our signature frozen Oyster Shell Gin tasting served straight from the shell.

Friday night’s Boom Shuckalaka is the ultimate way to kick off the weekend, with Oyster Shell Gin martinis, a martini luge, live oyster shucking and tunes from Tommy Tequila as the sun sets over McLaren Vale.

Saturday and Sunday’s Daytime Deck Sessions keep the celebrations rolling with live music, oyster shucking, exclusive Oyster Shell Gin bottle offers and a dedicated OysterPalooza menu.

This year, Never Never is also partnering with OzFish, whose Shellfish Revolution program gives discarded oyster shells a second life through reef regeneration projects that help restore vital marine habitats around Australia.
