National Rental Summit: The Missing Middle

The Don Dunstan Foundation will host the National Rental Summit: The Missing Middle this Friday, June 27, at Flinders University City Campus, with a focus on renting.

The day-long housing symposium will examine the situation of people who do not qualify for public housing but struggle to afford quality housing in the private rental market.

Keynote speaker Scott Langford, who is CEO of Housing Australia, will join a panel of researchers and industry experts, as well as people with lived experience and government decision-makers.

Among the other topics that will be discussed are: the scope of housing needs, how we will build new houses, and what the communities with these new houses will look like.
