Adelaide’s food scene is set for a standout culinary collaboration as Lulu Ramen, one of Brisbane’s celebrated ramen specialists, brings its signature creations to South Australia for a one-week-only kitchen takeover at Ryo’s Noodles Adelaide. The pop-up runs from June 20 to June 29, 2024.
Known for refined technique, Lulu Ramen is introducing a chicken-based ramen broth – a rich, creamy paitan broth simmered for over eight hours with chicken and dried scallops. Expect unique dishes like the Chicken Ramen Cappuccino, a visually striking bowl with black pepper foam and crispy lotus chips, and the limited-edition Matcha Sansho Duck Ramen. House-made noodles using Japanese YAMATO machines and high-protein Australian wheat promise perfect texture.
