Stepney’s Little Bang Brewing is entering a new era, with General Manager and Head Brewer Oscar Matthews steering the ship back to its roots of expressive beers and boutique events.

Oscar, who joined the team in 2022, says the focus is on “beers with personality, ideas with no boundaries, and a brand that refuses to be boxed in”.

The brewery is celebrating with a packed calendar, starting with the return of INVERTERPALOOZA on Saturday, October 11. The day-long event is a celebration of “face-puckering, fruit-loaded sours”, a favourite among Adelaide’s craft beer diehards. From midday, there will be 10 taps of sour beers, guest brewery takeovers, live music, market stalls and exclusive merch.

Later in the month, Little Bang is hosting a Flash & Froth Halloween Edition on October 26, before throwing its 11th Birthday Bash on Saturday, November 15, which promises car-park stage action and rare beers.
