Hania Rani

Polish pianist and composer Hania Rani is coming to the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Theatre on March 1 for one night only as part of the Adelaide Festival.

Hania is known for her contemporary classical compositions and film scores. She is conservatory-trained, and her music blends classical and modern influences.

“I am delighted to be performing in Australia again,” Hania says.

“It is a thrill to go back to this beautiful continent and I can’t wait to share the music from my album Ghosts with you at last. Expect a wonderful light and visuals show, and some new tracks.”

Hania’s debut album, Esja, won four Fryderyk Awards, including Best Debut Album and Best Alternative Album. Her 2024 performance on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert has also received acclaim. Hania’s latest album, Ghosts, was released in 2023 and includes collaborations with Patrick Watson and Ólafur Arnalds.
