The Fit Space
Glynde gym The Fit Space is hosting its third annual Freeze Space fundraiser for Fight MND on Sunday, June 1. This year, instead of icy baths, they’re setting up a dunk tank. Attendees can pay $10 for three attempts to dunk a trainer in icy water. All proceeds from the dunk tank and coffee sales from the Cheeky Grin Coffee van will go directly to Fight MND.
Charlotte O’Sullivan, founder and co-owner of The Fit Space, says the event is “a light-hearted but impactful way to bring people together for a serious cause”.
The event is open to everyone, and families and friends are encouraged to attend. Those who can’t make it can donate via The Fit Space’s Fight MND campaign page. Motor Neurone Disease has no cure and an average life expectancy of only 27 months post-diagnosis.
