Coastrek, Australia’s well-known team hiking challenge, is heading to South Australia’s stunning Fleurieu Peninsula on Friday, September 5, 2025. This event is a chance to boost your mental and physical health while supporting Beyond Blue.

Participants can choose between a twenty-kilometre or thirty-five-kilometre hike, beginning at either Parsons Beach or Kings Beach and finishing at the seaside sanctuary of Port Elliot. The trail takes in the Fleurieu Peninsula’s rugged southern coastline, including parts of the famous Heysen Trail, offering ocean views and tranquil coastal hamlets.

Funds raised directly help Beyond Blue’s 24/7 Support Service, which provides vital mental health assistance. Local ties include Adelaide media personality Ali Clarke and Olympic Hockey Player Juliet Haslam, both ambassadors for the event.
