Titled ‘Blueprint to Delivery’, the forum on August 19, 2025, will address the pressures on health services from the state’s ageing population and rise in chronic health conditions. The discussion will focus on how the property industry can collaborate with government, non-profits and care providers to plan and develop integrated, fit-for-purpose healthcare infrastructure.
Minister for Health and Wellbeing, Chris Picton MP, will deliver the keynote address. The conversation will be moderated by Nicole Plant, Head of Direct Healthcare Property at Australian Unity Limited. Panellists include professionals from Lendlease, GHD, Northwest Healthcare Properties and Deloitte. The event will take place at SkyCity Adelaide on North Terrace.
