The final arkhé and friends dinners sees Sean Gray, the former executive chef of Michelin-starred Momofuku Ko, NYC, take over the arkhé kitchen.
Sean spent almost 15 years at Ko and earned two Michelin stars during his tenure. Known for creating boundary-pushing dishes with nods to Americana, he will be the twelfth and final chef in this sellout series.
The event is $300 per person inclusive of five-courses, a Laphroaig cocktail on arrival and wine pairing.
