Angel’s Envy Golden Hour

Angel’s Envy is launching its Golden Hour activation across Australia to celebrate the national release of its Kentucky straight bourbon. From August 15 to September 15, 2025, Adelaide venue Tarantino’s will host a limited-time menu featuring a flight of three bourbon-led cocktails, each paired with a snack.

The experience is described not as a full dinner, but as a “curated pause, a golden-hued moment of flavour and finish”. Offerings include The Bourdain, a cocktail made with Angel’s Envy Rye and apricot-infused Italian bitters, served with porchetta skewers and anchovy green sauce. An Apple Highball paired with oysters in wasabi oil and finger lime is also featured.

Big Easy Group CEO Oliver Brown says the team designed the menu to highlight the spirit.

“We started with the Angels Envy range and let the spirit lead the way… then we built cocktails that riff off the dishes – a natural flow from spirit to plate to glass, with each pairing progressing nicely from the last one,” Oliver says.
