CityMag has developed a list of local finds – some yummy, some fun and some more intimate – that say “I love you”.

It’s a day of affection and connection that we often forget (or choose to forget), but for those who celebrate, Valentine’s Day is this Friday.

If you’re looking to spoil a special someone, friend or yourself, CityMag’s Valentine’s Day Gift Guide is here to provide some unique inspiration.

Something yummy…

Big Easy’s amore or galentines

Big Easy Group – the hospitality giant behind some of Adelaide’s most popular restaurants – is serving up the love for those who are looking to celebrate any form of it.

At their Hyde Park spot Bandit Pizza and Wine, they’re encouraging you to fall in love the Napoli way with three set menu options ranging from a “Pizza My Heart” a pizza and sides shared feast at $75 per person to the indulgently named “In Napoli, Where Love Is King” a mix of pizza, rigatoni, half a lobster and tiramisu to top it off.

If you’re after something a bit more laid back, their Prospect and city cafes, Bottega Bandito is skipping the romance, with a Galentine’s day deal for $8 mimosas to sip with friends.

Charcuterie

The perfect surprise snack or addition to a romantic picnic, the award-winning Luxurious Grazing Adelaide has nailed Valentine’s Day charcuterie, with options like their date night and dessert boxes available year-round and tailored Valentines grazing boxes up for grabs. Both are available for pick up or delivery, but don’t think about it for too long; there is limited stock available.
