Support Mental Health this October with IGA and Breakthrough

This Mental Health Month, IGA stores across South Australia and the Northern Territory are partnering with Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation to raise awareness and funds for mental health research.
Grab an iced coffee and a card to start a mental health conversation
At your local IGA store
From October 9 to November 5, customers can participate in a special in-store promotion, including a multi-buy offer on Farmers Union and Dare Iced Coffee to help spark mental health conversations.
Shoppers can also purchase $2 conversation starter cards, with all proceeds going to Breakthrough. These cards offer tips on how to recognise warning signs and initiate mental health conversations, making it easy to support loved ones while contributing to vital research.
