Conducted by Teresa Riveiro Böhm, Exhilaration is an orchestral experience that will transport its audience to a fantastical world of fables and magic.
The musical exhilaration is opened with Ravel’s Mother Goose Suite, which is a four-piece piano composition based on Mother Goose characters, like Sleeping Beauty, Tom Thumb and Beauty and the Beast in meltingly beautiful settings.
Starting off with a delicate and whimsical arrangement, the program will also include Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 1, Bacewicz’s Overture and The Firebird Suite by Stravinsky.
