To celebrate its launch, the festival, which is hosting more than 175 events across the state, is opening with a series of stacked gigs in four popular CBD venues.
At the Crown & Anchor, catch The Dunes, honeybeam (twice listed in our best new music column), and Street Legal.
Jive is hosting Stormy-Lou, Slippery People, Sunsick Daisy and Strawbry Blonde.
Head to the grace for Jess Johns, Lucinda Grace, Mum Friends and My Chérie.
And over at NOLA, enjoy the sounds of Mt Kazoo, Aidan J Jones ft. Racoo and Magic Steam Train.
There are tonnes more shows across the city and state throughout July.
