In celebration South Australia being named Lonely Planet’s 5th best region to visit in 2017, the South Australian Tourism Commission is throwing a block party in the West End.
The South Australian Block Party will come alive in the West End from 5pm to 10pm on Friday 28 October. Find out more here.
A wide host of our favourite bars, restaurants and cafes will kick off the party with outdoor BBQs, pop-up gin bars, sangria stations, extended alfresco dining areas and gourmet street food.
Live music and a Mariachi band will bring the party to Leigh Street, Peel Street and Gilbert Place with party go-ers spilling out across the three lane-ways, while local designers from Brick + Mortar and QueenSo will set up station at the Office for Design and Architecture SA on Leigh Street.
