The 1/5th of super group The Happy Motel is teaming up with a short list of reputable food and booze people to create a different kind of pizzeria on Solomon Street (Between Currie and Hindley Street at the back of the Duke of York Hotel).
After flirting with the idea of a pizzeria in the old BBQ Inn (now Hungry Hippo) on Hindley Street, the pioneer of Adelaide’s first and only “sometimes” ramen restaurant – Bubby Noodle is ready to do something for keeps now.
An exciting announcement to say the least, you can be sure we’ll follow the development from the very first wood-oven-brick that gets layed.
